WIHI Registration Information
Who should attend the Registration/Enrollment appointments?
- A parent or guardian, of either an accepted or waitlisted student(s), needs to attend a registration/enrollment appointment. We encourage waitlisted families to complete the enrollment paperwork, so that if their student is accepted they can be entered into PowerSchool right away.
- What is a registration/enrollment appointment for?
- There will be several stations to complete during the 30 minute appointment time.
- Station 1: Check in and folder pickup
- Station 2: Document Copying
- Station 3: Additional Form Table
- Station 4: Document and Information Verification
- Parents/Guardians will be able to skip:
- Station 2 - if they have brought copies of all of their supporting documents
- Station 3 - if they have printed and completed the additional enrollment forms

- Is there anything that we need to complete before the appointment?
- A parent/guardian will need to create and complete their student's Registration Gateway account. The information entered into Registration Gateway will be used to create the student's PowerSchool account. Please click the following link to access Registration Gateway:https://rg.wash.k12.mi.us/
- What documents will I need to bring in order to complete my student's enrollment?
- Copy of Parent or Guardian ID or Passport
- Original Student Birth Certificate or Passport
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency
- If you own your home:
- Tax or Mortgage Statement, Deed or Closing Documents
- If you rent:
- Lease Agreement
- Two Bills (preferably utility)
- If you live with a relative or are not listed on the lease or mortgage:
- Click here for the Affidavit of Residency, which needs to be notarized.
- If you own your home:
- Most Recent IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
- Any relevant court documents (name change, custody agreements, adoption, etc., if applicable)
- WEOC School of Choice Form (only if you are attending WIHI as a SOC student)
